Providing Membership Management Software for Non-Profit
The Project
A non-profit organization had members spread across the United States, and they needed a tool to facilitate building a framework for future growth. They were looking to provide effective services to its vast member base. Thus, they engaged Aciron to build a custom database system.

Our Approach
The organization needed to be able to easily access and manage detailed, up-to-date information. To start, Aciron conducted a series of requirements-gathering sessions and developed a set of story-board slides/screen mock-ups. These documents enabled the client to visualize the layout before the application development.
Aciron followed a flexible approach to the application development, allowing the client to regularly review, provide feedback, and make adjustments. Every aspect was documented to ensure that all functions were recorded. Along the way, Aciron engaged stakeholders and provided regular status updates, to ensure complete visibility into the project progress. Ultimately, we delivered a scalable, end-to-end system that met all of the client’s needs, and we have continued to provide extended functionality for their membership system.
The Solution
Aciron developed a custom web-based database system that enabled the nonprofit to easily track, organize, and manage its members. The membership management system allows for:
