The firm was looking to leverage SharePoint for its project management needs and engaged Aciron to provide SharePoint consulting services. They were hoping to improve the efficiency of project management processes.

Our approach

Aciron performed a requirements gathering session in order to define the client’s strategic direction. Further, Aciron conducted a series of requirements-gathering interviews with key stakeholders. This allowed us to understand their project management processes and pain points. In addition, Aciron gathered technical requirements for the new system and performed a thorough assessment of the firm’s existing SharePoint intranet. This allowed us to examine how to best configure and customize the system.

Aciron designed storyboards and process flow diagrams and regularly reviewed business documentation with the client. We incorporated feedback throughout the process and engaged key stakeholders to ensure transparency and open communication.

Solution

Aciron customized the firm’s existing SharePoint infrastructure and developed a custom management system tailored to the client. The project management solution allows the client to manage projects.

The intuitive system includes comprehensive opportunity tracking, contact management, project and resource planning, task planning and management, and reporting functionality. The integrated custom system has enhanced visibility into projects, increased collaboration among team members, optimized resource planning, and improved decision-making.
