The challenge

The startup needed to develop a tool that would allow consumers and businesses to compare and contrast water quality. Therefore, the client turned to Aciron Consulting for expert assistance in shaping their strategy. The goal was to promote the firm’s water quality certification program that would allow consumers to identify and assess drinking water quality data.

Our approach

Aciron conducted a series of requirements sessions to define the client’s strategic direction for the innovative tool and service. Our team provided insight from concept-to-launch experience in relation to market strategies and consumer decision making.

Aciron developed a set of story boards and process flow diagrams which enabled the client to visualize the new tool. Aciron provided frequent status updates to the client, allowing transparency and visibility into the project progress. The client reviewed the initial documentation and provided feedback. This feedback was incorporated into the final design.

Solution

Aciron helped the startup launch an interactive web application that allowed consumers and businesses to compare and contrast the quality of tap, bottled, and post-filtered water. This data would extend and be transferable across the United States.
