An award-winning author, restaurateur, and entrepreneur contacted Aciron for assistance with her IT and business needs. Her nationally acclaimed restaurant enterprise, with 4 locations across the United States, wanted to develop a strong online presence. Additionally, she wanted to expand her brand’s awareness across the country. Therefore, she wanted to drive potential customers to her restaurants and encourage customers to purchase products online. So, she came to Aciron to develop a website, an online shopping cart, and blog, as well as to provide continuous IT support along the way.

Aciron began the engagement with our standard initial discovery phase. This allowed Aciron to thoroughly understand the business and technical needs and goals of the client. After the discovery phase, we worked with the client to brainstorm ideas and provided actionable recommendations. As a result, we arrived at a strategy to achieve the client’s vision and needs. 

Aciron suggested a dynamic strategy for the development of the website, blog, and shopping cart. This strategy was aimed to help increase brand awareness. While continuously communicating with the client, Aciron started designing and developing all projects. With regular status reports, design reviews, and incorporating client feedback, we were able to incorporate new ideas and changes. Thus, allowing us to fully meet the client’s exact needs.

Aciron developed the client’s website to be user-friendly, visually compelling, and interactive online experience for visitors. The sleek, clean website contains “calls to action”, such as the contact information of each location. Furthermore, we developed the website to integrate the company’s social media and support PDF menus. The website also enables easy updating of dynamic content such as promotions.

Working simultaneously with a domain hosting company, we developed an efficient and user-friendly e-commerce shopping cart application. This application provides a simple navigation process that enables customers across the country to buy merchandise and food online quickly and easily. Aciron also worked with the client to develop a blog with comprehensive company branding. Both the blog and the online shopping cart are integrated seamlessly with the client’s website.
