Over the years we have found that many of our clients have come to us with an amazing end result in mind, but have struggled to determine how exactly they can achieve their desired project goals. We found that clients needed help figuring out how to move from their current “as is” state to reach the desired “to be” project outcome result that they envisioned – so we created a Project Initiation Package to help!
We created this package to respond to the needs of clients experiencing frustrations in figuring out where to start, and how to move forward. This smaller scale engagement is a lower-cost option that enables organizations to utilize the experience of our consultants to flush out key details as well as guide clients through the project process, before committing to a long-term initiative.
Some clients have come to us before the project has begun, seeking assistance in determining the project goals, roadmaps and timelines. Others engage us after the project has already begun, realizing they are not positioned for success as well as they could be, and seek advice from our experienced consultants in refining project goals and roadmaps to ensure that the project continues in the right direction.
You know you have a problem that needs to be solved. Where do you start? What is the most time and cost-efficient direction for the project to take?
At Aciron, we always want to do what’s best for the client. During our Project Initiation package, we use our experience and expertise to help you clearly define the project goals, direction, and scope in order to set you on the path to project success. Designed as a smaller scale engagement, this package reduces costs, while allowing clients to benefit from the knowledge and expertise of our highly experienced consultants.
The Project Initiation package consists of a pre-determined set of meetings (kickoff, current state assessment, and subsequent consulting sessions), and provides clients with exclusive access to an experienced Project Manager who will dig deeper into your goals, your pain points, and your concerns about the initiative. Ultimately, through open communication and collaboration, the Project Manager will create a customized, well-defined strategic plan for you moving forward.
While each project is unique, many of our clients have used this process to clearly define important project details, such as:
- Project Direction
- Complete Scope
- Requirements Gathering and Prioritization
- End Goal
- Estimated Cost
During the project initiation activities, we figure out these details together. Taking the time to define important details before committing to a long-term engagement can really help in ensuring success for the initiative, while putting everyone’s minds at ease before moving too deeply into the project.
