Before we sign a contract and start creating a plan, we host a complementary discovery call to get an understanding of what you are looking for. This initial contact is to ensure we are all on the same page before moving forward.

After we reach an agreement, our consultants learn more about your business and technology needs through a series of introductory calls. This is where we ask you questions, gather information, and tell you more about us. We then work with you and your key stakeholders to reach a common goal that we can start working towards.

Now that we have a strong idea about the direction of the project, our team of consultants begin gathering information and defining your unique business processes. This is the most important step in the process because it sets the stage for the formation of the software or strategy.

Our consultants work hard to not leave anything up to assumption, so our recommendations are the strongest they can be.

Once our team has finished documenting your business processes, we’re ready to present tailored recommendations for either a technological build, COTS solution, strategy, or anything in between. During this step we are working with our team of front and back-end developers to build and configure the solution.

This is a very collaborative step, where your voice is imperative to moving forward. Our goal at this stage is to ensure that our recommendations satisfy your requirements – we are here to listen to your feedback and iterate until perfection.

Now for the most exciting step … launching your new custom solution! This is when our consultants and developers might migrate data for solutions like SharePoint, web applications, custom database, or COTS.

Our team of testers take the final application through a series of rigorous testing phases. These include system unit testing and integration testing, which help us ensure the software is bug-free and up to standards. During User-Acceptance Testing (UAT), we work with you to make sure you understand your new software by reviewing real-world scenarios with you and walking you through the application. This allows for a smooth transition to your new software solution with room for questions and training.
