Position Details
We are currently seeking a web/graphic design intern to join our team for summer 2012. This position will provide the
right intern with the opportunity to build their portfolio while doing creative work across
multiple brands. Our brands will allow the intern to work on a diverse range of products and styles—from
innovative web-based applications and corporate websites to new consumer applications. The individual will
gain hands on, real world experience with projects for print, web, and multimedia as part of
a dynamic, entrepreneurial technology consulting firm.
Responsibilities:
- Produce creative content for brand websites, web applications, mobile sites, landing pages, social media sites, direct mail, presentation materials, brochures, logos, multimedia presentations, and corporate materials, among other projects.
- Contribute to product design, marketing, and strategy, brainstorming meetings as we work to continually enhance our applications and brands,
- Contribute to enhancing user experience and functionality of products,
- Perform general design tasks and other duties, as needed.
Requirements:
- A passion for design,
- Experience with web and/or print design,
- Extensive experience with latest design tools, like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator,
- Team player with positive and proactive attitude,
- Ability to plan and organize projects, prioritize, and multitask with limited direction,
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively,
- Interest in technology,
- Creative and have high quality standards,
