Position Details
We are currently seeking a Consulting Intern for summer 2012. The ideal candidate must have a desire to gain exposure to the consulting field, strong verbal and communication skills, and be motivated to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Creating documents for collateral, customer requests, etc.
- Interacting with clients on a day-to-day basis
- Creating requirements specifications documents and PowerPoint presentations
- Conducting and analyzing research to identify potential customers
- Ensuring that the consulting services with defined requirements
- Assisting with sales, marketing and business-related functions
Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn about business and consulting
- Interest in working in a small business environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to plan and organize projects, prioritize, and multi-task
- Team player with positive and proactive attitude
- Dependable and responsible
- No consulting background necessary as training is provided
