Principal and Founder

Puneet Gangal, Principal and Founder of Aciron Consulting, brings to the firm over 16 years of technology and management consulting experience. In this capacity, he sets the strategic vision for the firm, is involved with hands-on project management, advises clients on how to best optimize their businesses and leads the firm’s development team. Puneet’s passion for servicing organizations of all sorts, including organizations that large consulting firms tend to neglect, such as small businesses and non-profits, has set the tone for our company and earned him a reputation for providing high impact, customer-focused results.

Leveraging his extensive experience in the consulting industry, Puneet wanted to start a cutting-edge consulting firm built on innovation, integrity, and open communication with clients. Since founding Aciron in 2006, Puneet has realized that goal and has led the company to impressive growth—expanding the company beyond its initial location within six months of inception and building an over 90% client repeat rate.

Puneet’s offers extensive depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of:

Prior to founding Aciron Consulting, Puneet spent 8 years at KPMG/BearingPoint as a manager in the Financial Services practice. In this capacity, Puneet led consulting engagements for major corporations in the Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare industries, focusing on development of enterprise-wide architectures, data strategy, business requirements analysis, designing innovative solutions to help clients achieve greater efficiencies, and business/IT alignment.

Puneet holds an M.B.A. and Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. During Puneet's free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and son.
